Some Quotes

Recommended Posts

Here are some of the quotes I had for my insurance.

There are some real corkers here: Starting with the biggest I will not mention the company names just the quotes

£10,562 yes I know they are taking the p@@S or it was a mistake.

£1100

£1200

£900+

£860

£640

£460

£360

I went for A Plan @ £325 fully comp do me lovely this year, see what next year brings.

I did have my V8 accident 2 years ago when a Large Skip Wagon went into the back of me at a set of red lights, so that cost his insurance company a lot of dosh. So even though I recovered all the costs I reckon I am still being stung.

I left A plan recently, got same level of cover for £100 cheaper and they wouldn't or couldn't match it. Paying £280 now.

A-Plan phone me every year, and can never match. They've tried for the last 8 years.

Renewed with Elephant yesterday, £330. Renewal price was originally quoted at £449!

Yep full comp for self and wife including cover for us both 3rd party on other cars £157, and that includes motor legal cover. Strangely they wanted more than £400 for our diesel X Trail!!!!

Pretty efficient and no horrid number switchboards to fight with!

Called A plan this morning and got a call back this afternoon.

My renewal price was 450, got it to 385 with admiral multi car, then Adrian flux matched it at 382, but a-plan have come in at £350 ?

Well pleased with that as it's a bit less than I pay for a diesel Mini Countryman
