How to - Upgrade to a 996 Instrument Cluster

Following on from my successful retrofit of cruise control a while back (http://www.BoXa.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=61570&hl=) the next mod I wanted to tackle was the installation of a 996 instrument cluster.
