Welcome and I wouldn't bother either.

It’s literally insurance. Had my monies worth of it on the last car. At about £60 a month it’s worth it to me for peace of mind. A PDK box is quite expensive to replace for example …

Porsche Warranty, Standalone, it's what I run mine on, cover up to 15 years old or 125k miles. Had mine done recently both sides (only one was cracked but parts were cheap enough to do both) £22.40 a side from OPC for the plastics and a few more quid to renew the fixings.

Interesting to hear. Reading the wording, feels like some potential agg-reduction re usage of OE parts. I'm also currently with Churchill but might explore this option come renewal time just to benchmark.
