John K
And I have tried searching the forum but I hate the search engine... I am convinced the 987.2 PDK is in a lower tax band than exactly the same car but with a Manual As a 987.2 3.4 S owner I know I pay £305 a year Looking for a first hand confirmation from a manual owner (I have a lot riding on this, I might have to apologise and grovel to our evil overlord @Araf)
Araf
3.4 manual 223g/km 3.4 PDK 221g/km 2.9 Manual 221g/km 2.9 PDK 214g/km Spyders and Black Editions are the same. All Gen 2 Boxsters are therefore in the 191-225g/km band.

At least I was right that the PDK is a few CO2s less than the manual and that is what I thought dropped it a band.
Araf
You're just an idle fekker who didn't want to search for the answer. As for the tax bands, the Gen 1 was split. The 5 speed 2.7 was in the lower band and all other variants were in the 225+ band.
