So does the 987.1 have one or two rear boot struts?

my 987.1 only has one on the drivers side.

Belated.

Last weekend at “ quarter to daylight “ I put the Brompton in the frunk.  Blasted 45 miles down the the coast and cycled for 15 or so miles.

full English.  Then home.

I combined.  “Bike” with “Pork”.

I call it “Bork”.

and it’s what I do when “all them indoors”‘are still snoring.

Checked tyre pressures prior to a run out tomorrow when the weather is supposed to be good.

Haven't had much chance since I bought the car a few weeks ago.

Yesterday I put some air in the tyres...

Today I'm going wild and going to tackle the groaning frunk strut (I always think that, as a Brit, it should be a froot...). Might even check the grills for leaves and look for those drain holes.

All depends on the weather of course!

The Brompton is a snug fit.  I have to wrap it in an old sheet to stop it rubbing the plastics and i put a layer of cardboard over it in case it happens to “nudge” the bonnet lid.

it clears the lid fine and I have had no collateral damage to bike or car just need to be careful when packing it in there.

i went to Evans cycles and got them to fold One up and tried it out.

If it’s worth a try with other brands b true Brompton is the most compact fold and there’s not a lot of space left.

Took mine for its second MOT under my ownership, it passed but not before a white knuckle ride with the emissions testing.

Tester said it was because I'd just driven straight there from home and the car wasn't fully warmed up, so was nothing to worry about
