Kevin G
Less than 500 miles and this is what happened, heartbreaking. https://www.copart.co.uk/lot/59731120/clean-title-2020-porsche-718-cayman-colchester?fbclid=IwAR36ZPSqb25jq8DYfTjX9AQNak6UBneKHJIGxQZRhI6p01966g1lIHv-nM8
Menoporsche
Not just a Cayman but a GT4 4.0 apparently...
Mattman42
is that special lightened track version? probably a £15k option On the plus side - demonstrates how strong these things are - looks like very little deformation of the main structure (even though we don't know the speeds involved)
Menoporsche
@Richard Hamilton would you like to upgrade your repaired Cayman?
Gorsh
The cost of required repairs must be substantial for a car of that value to be written off, say £40k plus? After repair market price will always suffer too so whoever buys it needs to know what there're getting into (which I don't). Shame - a lovely car. Not a chance. I wouldn't take on anything that needed stuctural work. Must have been a big impact, with the airbags being deployed. As has been said, a shame. Looks like it got in a concertina pile up, so probably no fault of their own. The owner must be totally gutted.
