If you have a half decent local motor factors I would give them a call. I got Borg & Beck front discs and pads for the 2.5 for under a hundred quid.

Agree with this.  I needed new brake pad wear sensors and my local factor had them in stock.  Had them on the car 30 mins later.

Can recommend Frazerpart as a reputable supplier. Seemed to be the cheapest supplier for Textar pads (OE).

AFAIK Sebro discs are OE. Any decent discs will be fine including Sebro, ATE, Brembo, Zimmermann.

Hi all, as above. Need front discs for a 2004 986S.  Quick search has left me with some outrageously high and dangerously low prices...

Any advice / direction greatly accepted.

Cheers

I have a pair of Kinetix front discs for yours on eBay at the moment.  Brand new in box and would do you a deal if interested.  Search for item number 203433400282.  They came with my car but I never fitted them.
