James21
Evening guys. I have a 1998 986 boxster 2.5 that will not start. It was cutting out when hot then just stopped starting. I checked RPM on my snap on solus and found no rpm while cranking. So I replaced the crank sensor and now have rpm on live data but my Rev counter needle bounces (while cranking) and the fuel pump dosnt prime or run, I can hear the fuel pump relay clicking in and out while cranking. Have swapped relay with a known good one and it’s just the same. I have a spark at the plugs. And a smell out petrol out of the exhaust, but no fuel pump?🤷🏻♂️ If I bridge the fuel pump relay the pump runs. I have no fault codes with my snap on. I’m at a loss with it to be honest. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, James. Edited July 15, 2021 by James21 Missed information
