Especially when attached to the word "price", the "best price" is the one that guarantees a quality job. I sell to the floor sanding industry and all my customers charge A LOT but they are all flat out busy and booked as far ahead as makes sense (another piece of nonsense, contractors who think being booked months ahead is a good thing, it isn't).  Charge the right price to do a good job, whatever that price maybe, if you are booked months ahead, you are undercharging.
