tomo72
Got my renewal from Adrian Flux at £600 which felt rather high as this is a 'new' second car (987.1) so having to build up no claims bonus from scratch - but now has at least one year. They couldn't seem to lower it despite some promoting, so put details into price comparison site and got fully comp insurance for £300!
WazzerM
A lot of it is about monthly (or sim.) sales figures apparently
Tbirdx
I had been tracking the insurance cost of the porker for a long while before I actually got one. It always came out around £350 no ncb. Didn't matter what performance car I actually looked at, they all came in at around £350.The day I actually went to sign it up, it jumped to £450, bloomin' liberty.I waited another day and rechecked, using the same details, Now £330. Go figure.

tomo72
And got breakdown cover for £28! Guess it is always worth shopping around as so many people don't have the time or inclination and are taken to the cleaners.
