How can we get hold of the TSBs online? I managed to find the one for the oddments tray hinge repair via Google, but so far can't find a website with the TSBs.

Thanks for the reply. I had another look on the web & managed to find the manuals via rapid share (had to join for a month). Unfortunately I can't get two downloads to work. Both are engine ("engine to 13" & "engine from 15"?), but I think it may be a problem at my end with my hard/software.
