You could do it by fitting a Ferrari FF drivetrain, backwards, after removing 6 cylinders, cutting and shutting the in the frunk of a 911 C4.
Nothing to it.

If the ignition switch is stiff - then it’s likely leaving the aux circuit activated when you remove the key.
…so the car thinks there still a key in the lock, and the remote locking won’t work. It also leave those circuits live which will flatten the battery in 24-48 hours. Usually leading to the alarm going off.
It will still let you lock via the door lock and key.
Check if the ignition lock clicks out (the usual detent spring ‘click’) when you remove the key…

neither😉
Carreras if you like big easy-clean wheels and showing off your red calipers:)
If not then Turbo IIs. They don't have the ring- rebate of Turbos and so look larger for the size which suits the wheel arches of a boxster.
You can get a set for £400 you know;)
Sport designs are great but i think colour sensitive, black or puirple being good examples.

MAF was changed for a Bremi, still german, one not long before you got her - not saying that isn't the problem mind.
Early S's have a different MAF - see 106-00 below, pretty sure its 996 606 124 00 (item 7 - see vin numbers).
later MAf's can be fitted but the tech guidance says the car has to be 'coded', the reason for the change was that early 'bosch' ones got 'clogged up' (which was one reason i tried the Bremi one, the other being about £90 instead of about £130 at the time)

Check your ignition switch is returning correctly and springing out when you remove the key.
