Both door membrane's have been replaced, door cards dry? engine covers not been off in a while, all drains clean and clear? 

There is a small rusty mark at the bottom of the role frame where it bolts to the body??

Water somehow seams to be getting behind/under the rubber tray? that's why I thinking about taking it out for a proper inspection.

Or is there anything else I could try/look for?

I have a problem with water getting into the cabin on the passenger side? I thought I had sorted it, the rubber water tray/drain looked as though it had been disturbed some time ago, so I made a cover for what I thought was the where the water was getting in, put the hose pipe on and could'nt see/feel any water. But with the amount of rain we've had recently water has got in again.

My question is has anyone removed a soft top and how difficult/faff is it, so I can check that there's no crack/split in the rubber tray.

Hi All,

I put a post on here a while ago about water ingress into the cabin on the passenger side which in turn wet the RCM?

So after extensive searching and head scratching, today i finally found the problem? the rubber water trap had come away from under the lip that should hold it in place (sorry no pics)?  but if you have water getting in check the rubber trough behind the door pillar under the narrow part of the clam shell.

Hope this helps anyone with a similar problem.

Seen those Vids? what they don't show is the elastic at the very bottom of the head lining? so not sure how tight they should be?

Got the roof moving again, fingers crossed it keeps moving!!

Now i have noticed that the elastis near the door pillar on both sides have come loose? has anyone else had this and if so how easy is it to put back in position or is there a you tube video somewhere?

Had a problem with water getting in and wetting the rear control module? managed to dry it out and all worked again, roof,spoiler,rear lights,boot etc........

Everything is working now apart from the roof? Took the car out of the garage put the roof down went for a drive got to our destination roof up OK on way home roof down OK get home put in the garage roof not OK won't go up????.

Could it still be the control mod or could it be something else??
