    This was the reason the OP gave for Porsche failing to sell him a warranty! Surely if your tyres are 5 years old but in good condition that’s not a reason to decline cover?

    My tyres are week 33 year 2017 so it looks as though they could fail in November 2022 if it was presented for the 111 point check. Although hopefully unlikely to affect me directly as I hope to take delivery of new 4.0 718 in September 🙂

    If your car is still in warranty and you are going to extend for another 1, 2 or 3 years, then you do not need the 111 point check any more. Might give you some additional time to sort out tyres
