Congratulations, lovely looking spec. Not too many around with the painted exterior package, nice subtle touches. I suppose the only downside is the chipping of the intake surrounds, shows up a bit more on white. Well it does on mine 😀

Porsche Wolves picked mine up early morning on 4th December and it returned it around 4pm, all done.

This was the reason the OP gave for Porsche failing to sell him a warranty! Surely if your tyres are 5 years old but in good condition that’s not a reason to decline cover?

My tyres are week 33 year 2017 so it looks as though they could fail in November 2022 if it was presented for the 111 point check. Although hopefully unlikely to affect me directly as I hope to take delivery of new 4.0 718 in September 🙂

If your car is still in warranty and you are going to extend for another 1, 2 or 3 years, then you do not need the 111 point check any more. Might give you some additional time to sort out tyres
