I can feel your pain. I looked everywhere for a good conditioned replacement for my Cayman S manual and ended up buying a new one from Porsche Edinburgh in August, £1016.51 with the PCGB discount. Approx 4 years my near side leaked at the same place and got it refurbished by a place in Newcastle from a friend in the motor trade, but the place does not exist now.
