thanks @daz05 @andygo and 1/2cwt
ordered https://amzn.to/3phtR8M based on advise from another thread https://rennlist.com/forums/gt4-spyder/1259318-free-headlight-access-panel-screw-sets.html
"If you get a one-way screw remover / installer bit, you can back them out. I got this one in a pinch from my local hardware store, but it worked perfectly: https://amzn.to/3phtR8M
You want to remove the larger piece on the end (which is used to grab onto stripped screw heads) and just use the forked bit. You need to apply a good amount of even, direct force onto the screw while removing it, and go slow, otherwise you risk stripping material off the screw head. Each screw probably takes about 3-4 minutes to remove, but once they’re off you can replace them with the Phillips head screws I have listed above."just in case someone come here searching for the answers

Hey @daz05 awesome video series
As i went through the steps i found out that the screws holding the cover to access the Xeons are different than what you showed in the video
those screws are the one way screws , as the name suggests they are to avoid tampering, ay ideas on how to open them without breaking stuff

they might but more chances of slipping, the amazon link tool shows it has a socket around the bit to avoid slipping
