  1. I can confirm the eccentric bolts are a nightmare and were welding in, heat did not get them out I had to cut them out

Be careful just twisting them that you don't damage the subframe and crack the casing where the eccentric bolts sit on......😟

best price at present for the coffin arms is design 911

  2. Thanks for the offer

I started stripping the rears on Saturday same problem with the pinch bolts welded in and also having problems with the camber caster bolts as they appear to be stuck in the bushes trying not to damage the coffin arm bushes

Only what to expect on a 17 year old car with the original suspension and nuts and bolts plus steel and aluminium....not a great match

I am off to Dubai with work so once I get back I may get intouch for the loan of the induction heater

Sachs top mounts were order with new sway bar bushes and new drop links..... the list is growing, But it should be good at the end and it will all go back together a lot easier....I hope

  3. Front drop links and the drop link pinch bolts were sized in, cut the drop link so I could get a socket on then it was a slow plod to get it out still

Top mounts and dome washers were all sized as well

Still in progress looking at the rears this weekend

    Shopping list is growing

  4. 1/2cwt This has been such a great help sorry I had got mixed up with the sport. I think the special active is more what I am looking for and to be honest I am not looking to lower the car too much either.

But is I did lower again any suggestions on springs

  5. Guys

this is great help thanks very much for the advice, I think this is going to be a winter project and you have set me down the Koni Ruote

I will need to change Top mounts and Bump stops as well and I will look at the anti Roll bar bushes next time I am under the car

One question on the Rear as far as I can see these need to be pre set and once they are fitted then you can adjust them is that correct and if so any suggetion on what to set them too?
