Glyn Posted June 23, 2012 Report Share Posted June 23, 2012 Whilst the penalty for driving without insurrance remains so low (about £600) its not surprising that many youngsters dont insure.But what i dont get is your current insurrer will tell you your renewal premium. and that quote will be higher than you paid last year, but then you find that same insurrer offering you the same cover on a comparison site for the same or lower than last years premium, its like a penalty for loyalty.Surely, if they can offer you that lower quote why dont they just provide that quote at the renewal time and keep the customer happy and keep increasing their customer base, - what they do just antagonises customers and promotes dissatisfaction Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
