Wet pollen filter

On top of the engine noise, just found that rain water is getting into my pollen filter then into passenger side foot well. Took filter out and made a plastic cover in its  place and after yesterday's rain it seems to have stopped the rain getting in . So I now need to work out why the plastic cover that clips into place over the filter is not doing its job. Drains run free.  All good fun
