On releasing the roof lock, both windows drop a couple of inches as normal. Once the roof is fully open, only the driver's side window closes automatically. When I release the lock, both windows drop. Open the roof fully, and only the driver's side closes. On closing the roof, both windows again drop. But on operating the lock after the roof closes, only the driver's one goes up again. The passenger one can then be closed using its switch.
