I’ve just gone through this process thanks to this very helpful thread! I think it took three weeks to receive the certificate of conformity. The CAZ process has actually been quite quick, it’s take. Less than a week from sending all the documents to receiving a confirmation email that my car is eligible. That will save me 12 miles each time I try and avoid the Bristol zone!
