Hi,

Yet another car insurance is due tomorrow and i decided to ring about.

Managed to get the Box insurance 160 off my renewal price with a couple of calls!

We are now Sub £500 and around £1300 per year for all 3 cars...

Worth a phone call.

I had them quote me on my cars, I think I went with them on both, good lot.

Yup ditto with my experience, only that their renewal quote was not as realistic as i had hoped and so went elsewhere. Think it's been mentioned before that they seem to make the effort the once only and prefer to hit for new business rather than hold on to existing.

But, would happily go back to them if they come up trumps too next time round.

I found the opposite, Pop. Adrian Flux sent me my renewal last year, which couldn't be beaten - but it was accompanied with a letter written in a huge font saying we will guarantee to beat any other quote.

They did the same this year. I found one for £80 cheaper, and true to there word I got £90 off the original quote.

Maybe they have upped their game now - good news for us motorists.

I had a similar experience to PaulO but with Performance Marque. The renewal stated that the premium had gone up but to call as they would see what they could do. After one call to them and a couple of call backs to me they'd got it down to less than the previous year
