I have been getting a few quotes in this afternoon.

29yo, (30 in June) get an S beginning of May. Previously company car for 8yrs no claims. 3 points.

30yo GF insured too, no claims

Direct Line - Existing TT insurer, £1024

Liverpool Victoria - Wouldn't provide quote online, no reason given

Esure - Wouldnt provide quote online, no reason given

Confused - several ranging £2423 - £3507 - useless.

So sounds like Direct Line will get the business. May try getting a phone quote from LV and Esure.

Boxster insurance seems to be pretty reasonable these days. I need to reinsure the cover on my 996 and the likes of esure and more than won't insure it

Best I've got so far is with Bell Direct - any one got any other suggestions?

sounds a bit like what I had - i went with direct line in the end - also because they actually covered all the factory fitted options which places like elephant and esure did not.

i think you have to contact liverpool victoria direct - its something to do with being under 30.

£380.  South Norfolk, 8 years NCB, bordering on geriatric - but it was worth the wait!

That is cheap...Halifax & 2.7 :worship:

It's back to the postcode I guess

I'm under 30 and got an on-line quote from Liverpool Victoria - must be postcode + my car is garaged.

Garage won't matter.. Liverpool Victoria didn't care about where it was parked, imob or not, miles, points on licence, or mods that were not performance enhancing...

This meant this saved me £600 over tesco who were my previous insurer...

My insurance is 1045

- protected ncb (8 yrs or so)

- 29 yrs old

- 52 reg 2.7

worked well for me because of the 18" wheels, and the points i have!
