Cossie Si
What tyre sizes are you running with genuine Cayman/987 Boxster 8 inch fr, 9 inch rear 18 inch wheels? Anyone running the 987 tyre sizes and if so any associated problems with rubbing, ABS, Speedo, acceleration etc. I have both standard 40, 35 available and 45 , 40. Was thinking the 987 sizes would be more comfortable, less prone to tramline and fill the arches. Thanks, Simon !
edc
You could upsize but your acceleration will theoretically be slower. A larger aspect ratio is sure to give more ride compliance.

edc
If you didn't already know then yes your speedo will be a bit out. Use one of the online calculators to work out how much.
Cossie Si
Probably end up spot on, lol. Most run on the plus side. Will probably end up putting the correct size on. Seen a lot of pictures with what look like 987 sized tyres fitted. Just wondered if it made much difference really!
