david_yorkshire
Hi Allbeen toying with the idea trading in the 'S' for a 996 turbo , so did the mandatory insurance quote bit.Elephant came back with £1300 !Currently paying £650 for the 'S' through esure (who wouldn't touch the turbo).(that's for me & the missus, 33 & 32 resp., 6yrs no claims, no sp points, garaged)Does the turbo quote seem right ? I was expecting more !David

taffy
We had a quote for a turbo and it was about double the BoXa's , seems fair considering the cars price difference which is approx double for our S.

theboyg
We paid £480 for the old 2.5 (7yrs NCB) - and it's 1200 for the 996 C2. That was a struggle cause the value of the car is 70k (or was !)eSure wouldnt go above a 50k car, so we are with tesco. Surprised the Turbo is that low !G.
