IMS update

Not been on much of late just an update really my 2002 986 2.7 has been in for a full service new clutch and DMS few suspension bits and the all important IMS I replaced with a ceramic bearing new bolts and new RMS plus a new Dansk exhaust treated the old girl.My old IMS looked intact still and was the original from new 80k on it really pleased with all done drives like new again as clutch well over due.

My brother in law runs WOM Automotive VAG specialist so decided give it him to do as I have no ramp really clued up with all aspects in automotive my bearing I used was an SKF ceramic hybrid high temp that is used in motorsport not the LN one I’m an engineer aswell in this field so spoke to many to ensure correct parts all other parts I sourced were genuine Porsche dealer in Wolverhampton.Will ask my Brother in law when he’s home on price obviously I’ve also had all other bits but will get back to you??
