Most used as second cars so night time driving probably not as crucial as other cars. Likewise aircon. Though Litronics aren't likely to be considered essential unless buyer has exceptionally poor vision! Neither of these things would be deal breakers for me. With these cars it is always about condition and history rather than spec, even colour comes behind provenance (within certain parameters obviously-I draw the line at mint green exterior/interior combo!). Heated seats are my most desirable option, but not sure I would ever knowingly pay more for them. The spec just helps me make my mind up in two similar cars.
