Dwdg Posted February 17, 2018 Report Share Posted February 17, 2018 Had the car since October and I try to drive it at least one day a week if I can. Had 69,000 on the clock and now has 73,000. This week I had a couple of meetings to attend so took the hard top off and went from Bedford to Tonbridge Wells (in the rain) and bought new Bosch wiper blades on the back of that, Bedford to Witney (roof down all the way and some cracking roads) and up to Birmingham (roof down motorway). The roads have been icy occasionally and the handling has been superb. I had the alignment checked in October and all was 100%. Most recent ‘like’ was upon changing a bulb in the Mondeo, and buying two, finding that the Boxster is the same a week later and having a spare to hand. I really enjoy driving it and really looking forward to the summer!!! And now the sun is out again.... ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Drive with the roof down a often as possible Ive got a 2002 996 Tiptronic LOve this car so much Ive bought a 997 Manual. Maybee i can keep them both!! Saxosim Posted March 6, 2018 Report Share Posted March 6, 2018 Excellent, enjoy I heard that roof down is the law lol at least that’s what I tell myself when driving in the freezing cold over the past month with it down and also with my 6 year old daughter saying put the roof down everytime she is in the car.
