Graham W
I found that I had to ensure both the phone and PCM settings had to be set correctly. i.e. if the phone/ipod was showing "random" then the PCM had to be set at random. However if the phone was set to just "songs" then the PCM could choose either random and/or Albums, Artiste et al. Just a thought.

I'll have another play this weekend and report in. Has anybody installed this yet? I look s like a cheaper alternative to a new Alpine headunit! Thanks Well, I bought this a few weeks ago and have just got round to fix it up. http://www.discountcarstereo.com/A2D-CDR30.html Initial impressions are it works! I have CDR30 fitted to my 987.2 with an aux plug. As others had found, the volume on the Aux lead was pathetic. With the A2D-CDR30 the volume seems to have been restored. I did contact Discount car stereo and they assured me that the volume restriction was not applied to their unit and so far this seems to be the case. I have yet to fully test it out but so far it seems to be the business! Kevin
