Tritonkev Posted March 28, 2018 Report Share Posted March 28, 2018 Put my boxter in for clutch and ims replacement today at scs porsche in Honiton and cant recommend them enough Anyway turns out that my boxter has had a replacement engine the type with the safe ims after 2006 I have no mention of this in any of the history that came with the car How can I find out when this was done previous owner has no knowledge of this. Unless you were owner of car when work done, data protection prevents any history being given on a car. Some dealerships do give out but more and more are not. Bigger and bigger fines being levied.
