Central locking

Hi guys 

 

weve got a problem with our central locking not working, we’ve changed both door lock mechanisms but passenger side still won’t lock.

 

drivers side requires 2-3 attempts to lock as it doesn’t work on the remote part of the key.

 

Does anyone know what the problem could be or if there’s anyone with diagnostics near bexleyheath in kent?

Do both doors lock when you press the button on the dash?   Do it with the windows open so you can reach the outside door handles to check.

Neither door locks with the dash button it just stays red

Have you checked the fuse on the alarm module itself?  (Under the passenger seat).  It is a small blade fuse, between the two connectors.

Could it be the interior centre lock box? I understand that the central locking does this as well, and if that's jammed it won't lock (although I could be wrong)
