mattomg Posted August 20, 2018 Report Share Posted August 20, 2018 so I have just changed my ambers to clear headlights and in the process upgraded the dipped & full beam halogen bulbs to Phillips 'racing Vision +150% h7's)SWhen turning on the dipped headlights the bulbs 'sparkle or crackle (difficult to explain) When on full beam they are fine.
