MH82
That I’ve had my 987.2S for a year today. In that time it’s had just shy of £3k spent on it, £1000 of which was necessary (power steering), the rest just to bring it up to spec (cruise control and added Alcantara). The car has done more miles than I expected (7k) but that did involve a tour down through France to the Med and back so that accounted for half of those. In terms of other things needed, it will need new front shocks at some point as the n/s one is starting to go. And also the wheels could do with a refurb. Aside from that it runs great, drives great and sounds great (got to love the Carnewal exhaust). Have no idea how long i’ll hold on to it, sadly i’m one of those people that gets an itch quite regualarky, but I could imagine coming back to another if I did change - perhaps a 987 (or 718) Spyder or a 981 GTS. The other option would be a 997 and transfer across all my Alcantara parts (they are great and really lift the interior). Happy motoring all. BoxsterSPete
Sounds great. I've had my 987.1 6 months and like you I'm smiling. I'm now drooling over the 981 S
