986 Wheels on a Citroen..?

Hi guys, long time no speak...but it’s ski season again. :)

This time I’m not taking the Porsche though, but can I get those wheels on the wife’s Citroen grand Picasso though, saves me hassle sorting out another set of winter wheels...we have 205 R17s all round on the C4GP my Porsche winter wheels are wearing  205/50 R17 and 255/45 R17s

Or is the mere idea of this Frankenstein’s monstrosity just to much to bear? :D

I have no shame, obvs...

Style disaster narrowly averted then! Though I must admit, I'm curious to see what it would have looked like :D

But I though you said last year that you had winter tyres for the Citroen, and the issue was whether you bought them for the Boxster?

Quite true and well spotted!  :)

We’ve just replaced the old one with the new and given the old one away...possibly could have swapped and kept the 16s but the Michelin CrossClimate fitted Jan 2017 were looking pretty cracked.

Wheel centre bore 71.5mm

Grand Picasso

PCD 4x104mm

Wheel centre bore 65.1mm

So according to this, no 😀

Sorry, what does PCD stand for?

PCD? How about apparently one has 5 holes and the other has 4?!

They do both have five bolts, I did check that(!), I’m thinking Eddy is saying they are spaced differently in some way?

PCD is Pitch Circle Diameter

If the Citroen has 5 studs, then the list I referenced may be wrong or for an older model

http://www.fitmentguide.co.uk/citroen-c4-grand-picasso-wheel-fitment#one

OK for newer models it appears to be 5 stud, but with the same diameter 5x108

https://www.wheel-size.com/size/citroen/grand-c4-picasso/2013/

However you'd most likely find the PCD is wrong as well as the centre bore and maybe the wheel offset.

Cheers!

Okay, now I see what it is I can measure between the centre of two adjacent bolts to check.

Centre bore has potential to be fixed with spigot rings, I’ll see if I can measure that too.

Which leaves offset - I understand now that this is how proud or flush to the body the wheel appears.  Not sure how I’d check that without swapping the wheels.
