Toddie Posted October 26, 2019 Report Share Posted October 26, 2019 Hi there my 02 Boxster S has just started making a sort of grating noise when I lock the car with the central locking. Noise is coming from the drivers side door lock. No noise when I unlock the car. Anyone got an idea what could be causing this? The WD40 that I sprayed into the lock aperture of the door appears to have done the trick, after leaving overnight it worked okay without the noise, so sprayed it again this morning then went out for a good run in the sunshine, cold but good.
