Ignition coils on condition or replace at certain miles/time

I’ve had my Boxster a year no issues with ignition side of things just coming up to 90,000 all normal service items when I did spark plugs didn’t see any issues with coils, while in lockdown thinking of things to do.

Do people go for a change of ignition coils at a mileage as a good preventative measure to do, or go on condition ie fail.

thanks in advance

Check when you change the plugs in my opinion. Some seem to fail earlier than others. If I found one had issue when checked I would likely replace all, but I wouldn't go looking unless I was in there for another reason.
