Ninesomething
I was driving yesterday and the odometer clicked round to 90,000 miles. As a sort of mini-celebration I made sure the rev counter was on 7000rpm as it changed. Well it made me happy. Incidentally anyone know the derivation of the word odometer? Overall Distance ometer? According to Wikipedia: noun derives from ancient Greek ὁδόμετρον, hodómetron, from ὁδός, hodós ("path" or "gateway") and μέτρον, métron ("measure").
