Patrick1964
Devil’s advocate - given that my 16 year old suspension is likely to have settled, why spend £200 on a set of -10mm lowering springs ? The car isn’t going to be visibly lower, and the cost of replacing associated components on fitting could be fairly high. Is there a benefit I’m missing ? edc
If you've got an old high ish mileage car unless you have a snapped spring the biggest difference is with the dampers. A suspension overhaul is a well trodden path. Springs alone on early 987s is probably a false economy. All that said if you value the handling then it's probably the best thing you can do for your car.
