Just shows what some sellers call "full service history" Four stamps in 89,900 miles. 3 years/38000 miles, then no more until 6 years later. The paperwork may say something different but a bit off-putting at that price.

It has proper history to be fair all Porsche or specialist bar the last two.

I think it looks and sounds like a good car. Not driven a 2.7 but drove my friends 3.4 which was similar spec to this one and it drove and handled really well. I think it would make a ideal daily as your thinking and also being sporty and practical. He ran his for 2 years and had no scary bills although the bore score thing worried him he change to 987.2. He actually never took to the 987.2 and always preferred the earlier car.

 I drove both and liked them both, I personally wouldn’t choose a Cayman over a Boxster but in your situation where you could have both I think it would be great 😎
