Kermitdeer
Hi, I have to replace my battery after 10 years it finally won’t hold a charge. I was looking to replace it with one from Halfords, has anyone had any issues with using their batteries?
headless
I have changed on my Boxster to the Halfords Yuasa 5 year guarantee battery with no issues, i have used halfords for Batteries for years and always get the 5 year heavy duty one, never had a problem and have never needed another one after that!!! Think the one for the Boxster is about £

Kermitdeer
Will I lose the radio when I disconnect the battery to replace it, will I need to enter a code to reinstate the radio???

What radio do you have? I assume this is a 986 not a 987 as pictured by @headless? If its a standard fit cdr22 /23 they do have a radio code. Eddy555
The codes can be recovered from the radio serial number as well, in case that does become an issue
