Fitting stone guards

The offside stone guard isn't too bad but the nearside one is quite discoloured, tried polishing etc, but thinking of getting this

Is there any advice on how to fit these?

No experience with this particular one but just make sure the area is clean and you have no wax or other coating applied to your paint first 👍🏼

Would probably do both sides at the same time, can imagine putting a new one on is going to make the other side look discoloured

I bought OE stone guards for my last Boxster as they had become yellowed.

Rather than feck it up myself I popped into my local vehicle wrapping specialists and they removed the old ones and applied the new in super quick time.  Not a bad service for £10 (all they would accept) 😬

Knowing what the Porsche supplied ones are like (thick leather like film). I'd pop in to see a paint protection film specialist and ask him to cut and fit some better film.

I did mine myself with some quality film supplied by my PPF installer, film is a lot thinner and clearer but equally as strong.
