On the inners grind the top off Until it’s flush with the flange, a bit of heat to the underside of the bolt and 2 taps with a hammer/punch and it falls out. Fit whatever new hardware your using (I used 25mm M8 hex headed bolts and self locking nuts with washers, all stainless) and then do the outers, I found these easier to grind the bottom of the bolts off and then punch these upwards, again after a bit of heat. 1 hr each side, not including jacking it up etc etc. £590.......FFS!
