Sanky
I know some of you fitted this combo to your Boxster’s. I’ve just ordered the shocks but are on a 5 week lead time. Can someone post pictures of there car with this combo, just to get some idea on how it will look with the 10mm drop.
Sanky
I don’t think I have item 4, when I stripped my front shocks apart. Part Number 99634351701, looks like this according to google. Do I need this part?
Sanky
Panic over, found the old part in my bag of bits stuck to the bearings

edc
Well I put brand new M030 on my previous 2000 S and replaced the 110k M030 on my 550 with the Koni/H&R. This set up is probably the lowest and similar in height to the 110k M030 but ride and handles much better.
Sanky
The pictures in your thread look to low for me at the front, it might the angle of the picture or something. I might have to revert back to stock springs if it goes that low.
edc
Stay away from Eibach or the H&R -30mm springs then. They are much lower.
PaulQ
I think the - 10mm H&R drop the car more like 20-25mm. My 986 on H&R - 30 didn't look that much different.
edc
You do have to slow down properly for those middle of the lane speed cushions. But that is as much the bigger GT3 brake ducts I think and much the same when it had M030. The only other time it catches is hairpin turns at speed on steep gradients like you get sometimes in the Alps etc.
