andy_l Posted December 21, 2021 Report Share Posted December 21, 2021 Hi Folks, took my nephews out for a spin at the weekend and thought I'd better give them the full flat six experience so switched on the PSE. Nothing happened: the light came on, but no more noise. So, off for a quick watch of Daz's film on YouTube* and out to the driveway with my phone camera. The exhaust valves are opening and closing on start-up and when the engine is turned off, but not when the switch is pressed. I assume this means the issue is with the solenoid in the engine bay? I had a quick Google of the part number mentioned and there seems to be a wide range available with a wide range of pricing. Many different ones seem to claim to be OE.
