Muddy
Exhaust is blowing between the flanges shall l stick some repair stuff in the gap or will it need replacing any advice cheers muddy
Nobbie
Think repair putty will just blow out as soon as the joint warms up. Probably need to replace gasket and new nuts and bolts after you’ve managed to remove the old ones which are a pig. Have a search using ‘exhaust flange bolts’ and select ‘all terms’ as plenty have given it a go themselves. Here’s one with some part numbers

Del_tl1000r
If you are handy at spannering It would be worthwhile doing it yourself. I've just done mine but in the history file I have for the car there is a quote from OPC of £400 for the job and that was about 5 years ago. I guess a local indy would do it cheaper. Good luck. iborguk
New gaskets and nuts required. I had a quote of £900 from an OPC, had it done for £220 at an Indy.
Robster66
Definitely a job for your local Indie Mine went and I took it to my local trusted tyre & exhaust place and they failed then off to my indie and job done easily, quickly and at a fair price As for DIY forget it
