danb
I know that the RTS exists but has anyone any experience with either the seasucker or rockbros suction cup bike carriers on their 986? I have several friends who have used them on various cars so I'm not worried about the concept, rather wondering whether anyone has any actual experience with them on a 986? danb
Hmm, trying the rockbros rack on the Boxster Looks like it's a bit short for comfort, so have ordered a seasucker compact one to go on the flat bit of the bumper instead. Will disable the spoiler, just in case too... ..
map
That looks pretty good and certainly fewer compromises compared to a bolt on rack of any description.

DisplayName
I would get a rubber tie of some sort to hold those cranks in place too... just in case 😱 Looks solid overall 👍 Edited May 31, 2022 by DisplayName
danb
Yeah, it comes with a strap to hold the cranks to the chainstay. The smaller suction cup arrived today and fits on the bumper, so will try it out properly soon.
