spook
Some time ago, I swapped my awful original 981 multifunction steering wheel for a 718 multifunction wheel. In doing so, I obviously lost the "Sport" / "Sport +" indicator on the top of the original steering wheel. I heard recently that the instrument display can be recoded to display this next to the digital speedo - has anyone had this done and how? Robin_GTS
Yes you can have this feature coded in which is what I have done on mine using PoCom software.

Thread hijack - sorry - but @Robin_GTS can I ask your thoughts on PoComm. Haven’t seen many reviews of it and just wondering how it performs on the real world. Any kind-hearted forum member in the vicinity of Lancashire with PoCom who would be willing to do the honours for me? 🙂

Its not too bad, I am a big user of VCDS for my business and was hoping that PoComm would be similar which in some aspects it is but in others its quite basic. I haven't had chance to really play with it and see just how good it is.

Carmand
Had to double check but both this and the recently discussed battery level appear by default in my Spyder - perhaps because it’s inherently a late 981 build.
