steve7
Having a play today and even in sport with PSM turned off noticed that the engine cuts power (I had pressed the PSM button down for a few seconds until the light cam on). I had no idea there would still be a safety net with PSM turned off, can you fully disable it?
Ninesomething
Apparently not without removing a fuse. It will let you get more exciting with it off but if it thinks you're getting too carried away it pulls you back to the land of the living.... Do you have a sport button? Buzzfox
I thought when PSM is 'off' all stability and traction control was deactivated unless ABS is triggered in which case the system is activated again as it thinks 'this numpty has now run out of talent and is in a panic so I'd better sort things out for him/her'. Once brake pressure is released the system deactivates again (assuming the vehicle is not stationary in a ditch).
Menoporsche
Isn’t that switch connected to the EU-mandated black box that automatically phones your insurance company?
