Boxer boy Posted July 9, 2023 Report Share Posted July 9, 2023 Did you remove the filler cap @ the side and ck the level , finger , straw etc before dropping it ?  I did my 987,2 and just about the exact amount came out and the level was bang on .It’s 09 and no record that I could see in the SH .The stuff that came out was still a golden colour and didn’t smell unduly either . Dubdubz Posted July 9, 2023 Author Report Share Posted July 9, 2023 (edited) The stuff that came out was pretty dark. I found that 2.4 ltr was about 5mm lower than the fill hole. I reused the bungs and added a tiny bit of liquid thread sealer not too much and then did them up to 25nm. no leaks to report so far 😊 as my box was out of the car I used an old stool that the centre pad popped out meaning I had plenty of room.
