Tom Long Posted July 10, 2023 Report Share Posted July 10, 2023 After about two hours of driving my 2008 987 tiptronic it starts to make creaking noises like an old wooden ship, think it is coming from under the car. I think that's going to be a tough one to crystal ball remotely, could be suspension, hard to know. Does the creaking noise occur only when in motion or can you reproduce it with the car when static e.g turning the steering wheel ? If you could capture the audio of the noise and maybe publish as a YouTube link on here that might help zero in. It only creaks when it is moving and only after it has been driven for a few hours, can only hear it when driving slowly, also when turning the steering wheel.
